My work place: Tuesday October 18/2011

I intern at my old elementary school called Stonebrae Elementary school. My work place is located in Hayward hills (28761 Hayward Blvd, Hayward, CA). The school has not changed at all since i went there, it is a large clean campus with a large field.  There are many teachers working on campus maybe around 20-25 and have more than 200 students. It only employs people who majored in teaching, all teachers have a 4 year degree. This elementary school serves many students in our community prepares and educates them for the future. The strengths of my workplace are that there is a lot of communication amongst teachers and students. I also noticed students helping each other. Although something they could improve upon would be to have an after school program for students that are not fluent speakers.
